Saw at least three Rhymes drop from legendary rune chests today. It's really not great. The most anti-climactic thing to get after saving loads of b-adena. Compounding how bad it is, it is basically like opening negative adena in the chest, because the only thing you can do with it is spend even more adena to reforge it into something that has functionality and value. Freeze and earth bind duration reduction are not useful stats. Can we do something with this rune to make it useful or at least cheaper to reroll?
